Electrostatic danger is a complex problem for customers.
Conductive pallets are strong and ensure an efficient protection against electrostatic discharge (ESD). It is made of a mix of HDPE and conductive additive. Its technical specifications make it perfect for electronic and pharmaceutical industry, but also for all processing areas where dangerous and explosive products are processed and stored.

Testing the fire-resistance is essential. Fire-resistant materials are required to improve safety in all processing areas or to meet technical or mechanical requirements. The fire-resistance of plastics is improved by adding special additives and can achieve three levels: V0, V1, V2.
These levels depend on the time the plastic specimen (on a vertical position and 3 to 6 mm large) keeps on burning after being hit by the flame of a Bunsen burner for 10 seconds.

    flaming particles.
